Handyman

Small fixes make a big difference. That’s why I include complimentary handyman service to tackle those little repairs that buyers notice, like loose handles, scuffed walls, squeaky doors, or missing bulbs.

Our handyman will walk through the home and take care of those showing-day details so everything feels polished and move-in ready. I cover the handyman’s labor: if any supplies or hardware are needed, you just cover the cost of materials.

Professional Photography & Staging Included

First impressions matter. That’s why I include professional photography and expert staging at no additional cost. While high-quality photography is expected these days, full-service staging? That’s a rare (and valuable) bonus.

Our trusted stager will assess your home and thoughtfully enhance it. They often blend your existing furniture with curated pieces to create a warm, inviting space that stands out both online and in person. We’ll even assist with moving items into your storage unit if needed.

Throughout, there will be proactive communication with all parties involved: agents, title, escrow, lenders, inspectors, and more to ensure a smooth, efficient transaction and timely resolution of any issues that arise.

STEP 6:
Closing Day!

Once all terms are agreed upon, the final paperwork will be completed and reviewed. With everything in place, I’ll work with title and escrow to ensure a smooth closing.

After the deed is recorded, you’ll officially hand over the keys, and your home will be sold!
