STEP 5:
NEGOTIATIONS
Each offer will be carefully reviewed, and negotiations will be handled to secure the best terms and highest price. Counteroffers and contingencies will be managed to keep you in control of the process.
Throughout, there will be proactive communication with all parties involved: agents, title, escrow, lenders, inspectors, and more to ensure a smooth, efficient transaction and timely resolution of any issues that arise.
STEP 6:
Closing Day!
Once all terms are agreed upon, the final paperwork will be completed and reviewed. With everything in place, I’ll work with title and escrow to ensure a smooth closing.
After the deed is recorded, you’ll officially hand over the keys, and your home will be sold!
