2. FINANCIALS
Loan pre-approval for allows you to move quickly in a competitive market, while cash buyers benefit from a streamlined process with fewer steps.

3. HOME SEARCH
We’ll filter out the properties that aren’t the right fit and focus on those that offer the best potential. I’ll coordinate showings and together we’ll evaluate options until we find the home that feels just right.
4. MAKE AN OFFER
I’ll help you craft a competitive offer. We’ll consider contingencies and negotiate terms to ensure your offer stands out, giving you the best chance of securing the home.
5. ESCROW
When your offer is accepted, we enter escrow. During this time, all legal and financial paperwork is completed. I’ll guide you through each step of the escrow process, ensuring deadlines are met and everything stays on track.

6. INSPECTIONS
We’ll schedule property inspections to evaluate the condition of the home. I’ll help you understand the inspection reports and negotiate with the seller when necessary.
7. CONTINGENCIES
Contingencies protect your interests, such as ensuring the home meets your standards after inspections or securing your financing. I’ll help you navigate these contingencies, understand your options, and make sure you’re comfortable moving forward.
8. CLOSING DAY!
Most of the final escrow documents can be signed via a mobile notary, or we’ll coordinate a day and time for you to sign the necessary paperwork. Once the deed has been officially recorded, you’ll receive the keys to your new home!
